The craziness has insued again in the McCabe household, but I promised to get back to posting a bit more often. Vintage Fabric of the Day: Mad for Plaid

I've been particularly drawn to plaid and striped fabrics recently. So don't be surprised if, for the next few days, you're seeing a plethora of vintage plaids. This first example is a double whammie for me. Not only does this fantastic plaid boast those ever enticing, crisscrossing stripes, but textured stripes too! Yes, you guessed it, a plaid plisse. So, here it is, my vintage swatch of the day, courtesy of Thryftypyg!

Treasury Tuesday: For All of the Lace Lovers Out There

I finally got my first treasury after quite a few disappointing misses. It's funny how your children always know when you're about to do something that doesn't involve them being the center of the universe. Today, the house was quiet as the treasury opened. At last, I have a place to show off some of my favorite lacy lovelies.
